"Pablo contacted me quickly after my initial request for a quote, to get additional information. I then made an appointment for an in-person estimate, with the option of having the work done at my house that day. Pablo was friendly and communicated with me throughout the process. Pablo and Martine arrived right on time on the scheduled day, on the earlier side of the one hour appointment window. Pablo gave me an estimate in a timely manner, after seeing all my screens. He was knowledgeable and patient as I decided how to proceed. The price was competitive with another estimate I received; however, the other estimate required my screens being removed from my house and being taken to another location to be repaired. This estimate was barely more than the other one and well worth it not to have to be without my screens for days in the summer heat. Everything was done within about 3 hours and the old screen frames were hauled away. No more holes or bent frames and the window frames and screens were color matched to what was originally there. Cons: none David came to my property on May 2nd to provide me with a quote for window screens and window screen-frames. He was scheduled to arrive at 10am, which is the exact time he showed up. He did not hesitate to ask for a tour of the property to assess the amount of work involved. During this time, David kindly educated me on window screens and shared with me why he believed his product is far superior to many of the standard window screen-frames we see today. After his assessment and measurements, he provided me with a quote then and there. I was glad to see that Fast Screens provided me with a fair and reasonable quote. He was here checking on the work daily to make sure everything ran smoothly which is rare for a contractor as usually they just come a few times during the process. Everything is beautiful and he went to extra mile to shop with me for the flooring tiles, quartz countertops, cabinets and sink. I'm super picky as an artist / former fashion designer and he was able to help me create exactly what I had designed. He had great ideas such as adding a waterfall edge to the quartz countertop and a window sill piece from quartz as well. This project was a complete gut and rebuild due to a dishwasher leak - homeowner's insurance claim. I was having issues with my insurance and David went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance issues so we could complete the project. He is always very prompt and organized.
