"Subject I had an excellent experience working with this wooden floor specialist Bryon. From start to finish, he was professional, personable, and extremely accommodating. He took the time to clearly explain the damage to my flooring, what repairs were needed, and provided an accurate and honest assessment of both the scope of work and the timeframe to complete it. The job was completed efficiently and exactly as described, with great attention to detail. The repaired flooring looks fantastic, and the work was done on schedule with no surprises. I truly appreciated his professionalism, clear communication, and respect for my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of wooden floor repairs or restoration. See 3 pics for damaged wooden floor and fourth picture of completed floor to the left of photo. He did a suburb job and yes, I will be hiring and recommending him to my friends, relatives and neighbors. Best Regards, Darryl Kimble of Hawthorne, CA"

"We visited the business several times before deciding to purchase carpet there. The owner was professional and provided information without being pushy. He came to our house to measure and provide a quote. The installers were efficient and completed the job in a day. They did not charge to move the furniture (the other businesses we looked into did). We could probably have paid less at Home Depot or someplace similar, but we were interested in patronizing a small business that used their own employees to install the carpet instead of contracting out. The carpet was installed in September and we have been very happy with it. I would recommend Carpet Time highly."

"I was very lucky to find out Eagle View Remodeling company's Project Manager, Amir, as my contractor to repair my house floor, destroyed by water leakage. Amir was very professional and knowledgeable. With his help, we chose not an expensive but a good-quality flooring material. And the installation price was below the average price. Besides, Amir dealt with insurance, and the insurance covered all my expenses. If you want a professional and not greedy contractor, I do recommend Amir of Eagle View Remodeling Company. "My experience with Palazzo Floors was great. The president George was there from start to finish with me. He took his time to educate me on my options to insure that I chose the right flooring that met my needs and understood the process of the installation. The job was done in the time frame that I needed and the quality of the product and the installation was great. I’m extremely happy with my flooring and the job that was performed by Palazzo Floors."

"We had vinyl flooring installed throughout our house. The crew removed the old carpet, baseboards and some tile. They installed new baseboard and flooring. Javier's crew did a FANTASTIC JOB! The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. They installed flooring in another house that we had and because they do GREAT work we had them do our house. I HIGHLY recommend Monteros Hardwood Flooring."

"The gentleman came out and fixed the wall, however there were some defects with the retexturing. So I called the company, and and someone came out a second time, fixing the texture and now it looks great!"

"It took a long time but it is done. I had some problems with them but they did satisfy me as the customer. There were some spots on the floor that should have not been there. So they ended up giving me a discount, it was a $30000 job and they gave me a 900 discount for the spots on the floor so I don't know how to rate them. The floor is 99% perfect. There was only a 1% I was unhappy with and am still unhappy with. But I decided to settle with them because I didn't want to move out all of my furniture again and have them redo the floor. It's really a big hassle. I don't want to give them a bad mark but I just can't give them a 10.

They were very professional so I have to admire that. I would use them again for carpet but probably not for oak flooring."

"Perfectly! Large area cleaned and polished, furniture moved floors looks great, stains were removed, very professional in every way"
