Setting an appointment was a piece-of-cake and Chris showed-up right on time and got right to work with his helper (whose name escapes me). It took them about five minutes to properly diagnose a problem I had been working on for days and the repair was done quickly and efficiently and all of a sudden I had a properly working lawn sprinkler system. In fact, the repair they did will save us a lot of money in water bills starting with the next scheduled watering. I recommend these guys to anyone that wants great work at a reasonable price. New Birth Landscaping will be my first call next time I need a sprinkler repair, a new system, or lands aping work. I trust these people to be fair, honest, and to do a great job the first time."

"This co. installed a new sprinkler system due to us having a pool built in our backyard. We also had artificial turf installed in the backyard, so we only needed sprinklers on the sides of the house, in the front and of course the flowerbeds. At least 4 different irrigation companies either couldn’t do the job, or promised to give me a quote and never even bothered to show up. "The price charged by them was $2000. Mr. Slater himself came out, measured the lawn and drew up the plan for us. They submitted it to the city for approval. So, he did all that very efficiently. Then they came out and put the sprinkler system in one day, which was very nice. Mr. Slater then came out and explained how to run the system and everything else to us. Overall, it was a really good experience. It’s kind of hard to judge with the heat and the drought as to how well it works, but it does work. They are due to come out and do the annual check. They had a coupon where we got the rain sensors free along with the system. So, it helped us with the price too. If it rains, the system doesn’t go off."

"Two repairmen arrived on time, checked all 9 of our programmed sprinkler zones, found numerous leaks that two sprinkler repair teams we previously used had missed. They dug up, repaired, and restored sprinkler lines, repaired sprinkler heads, and reprogrammed our system with more appropriate times. They restored dug-up areas. They explained why certain areas of our yard were not getting enough water, and how they had fixed them. They had all needed parts with them even though we never told them what we had. They were extremely polite, personable, and professional. We will be using them from now on."
