A couple of misunderstandings about what we wanted with the workers were corrected by Roy right away. After the room was completed with a bare concrete floor, Roy recommended someone to put down ceramic tile for us (I had considered doing it myself, but my wife and son talked me out of it.) and they also did an excellent job. Roy is a very pleasant person as were all the people on his crews. Overall, I could not be more pleased with the job."
