"Jason came out early today and worked around my schedule. He gave me a fair estimate that included parts and labor. When talking about scheduling he was able to give me a couple days/times with one being available later the same day. The installation crew (Bob and another member) came out reviewed with me what they were going to do and got down to work. I would estimate it took less then 45 minutes for them to complete the job and they then walked me through everything they had completed . They were very professional and left no trace that they had been in our home. I would defiantly use JAC again with any of my electric needs.

"I called Jim because my C drive was full and the system would not allow moving the files to my empty D drive.My wife also wanted me to upgrade to windows 7 from Vista. Jim came over looked at my system and explained my options , took the computer to fix it , and then quickly returned it.Jim set up the computer in my office and made sure that everything worked correctly. I am very happy and satisfied with the work performed."

"A++++++++++. We had just purchased a new dryer and wanted to have the vent system cleaned before it was installed. They were able to do it the day after we called. They were prompt, efficient and professional. A week after the dryer was installed, we had an error code that implied a blockage. Just to make sure it wasn't a vent issue, I called Lowe's to discuss the issue. They offered to come out free of charge to check the system for me and were even able to come that evening. The team was incredibly professional and checked the whole system. They even snaked a camera through the whole system so that I could see it was clear. It ended up being an issue with the dryer itself but I was very reassured by the fact that they were able to show me that the vent system was clear. It is so rare to have service like this these days and I will be using Lowe's for as long as I live in the area and will recommend to all my friends.

"Installation crew showed up on time and went right to work. Installation was performed according to the estimate with some extra insulation done beyond what was quoted based on the supervisors recommendation but without additional cost. My only issue was that they started to pull out the old insulation right away and after a few minutes, they then decided to cover things more effectively to cut down on dust going everywhere. Towards the end of the work, the salesman showed up and inspected the work to make sure it was done correctly. I am very pleased and would recommend them again.

Their price was the best! Their yearly service/maintenance contract is lower than their competitors.
