His quote was perfectly reasonable and he was professional and very nice without being pushy. Jorge and his partner came over shortly thereafter and took measurements and a few days later, Mary set up the installation. We did not love the style we chose for our curved stairway and when we explained our mistake, they could not have been nicer. They started the process all over again right away and installed it the way we should have chosen in the first place for no extra charge. Use them, you won't be sorry!"

"We had a great experience from beginning till the end. We needed 2200 sq ft of wood flooring over some areas of the first and second floor. Mircea estment and free advice made us go with him. They are knowledgeable and accommodating. I like their punctuality since in the morning I have to drop the kids off to school. The house was clean during installation since we had to live there. Half way through staining process my wife wanted to change the stain. They did not get upset and resanded and restrained with a minimum extra charge. We left the house for few days so they can finish sealing the floors. Upon return they even gave us a hand with moving back some large pieces of furniture that we moved away prior the installation.
