"So fast and professional! Two gentlemen; Peter S And Tyler C, came to my home for a consultation for few projects. Both arrived on time, listened to what I was considering and thoughtfully looked at the various areas needing work. They presented me with my options and helped talk through the decision making process. Once we landed on 'let do the gutters first', they broke down the details, materials, steps and costs to insure I understood and was comfortable moving forward. Then, Midwest Home Improvements team came and measured, obtained whatever permits were needed, and had new gutters fabricated and on my house within two weeks without any additional effort or inconvenience on my part. Communication was clear and frequent and there was no mess! If I didn't already know and they weren't a completely different color, I probably wouldn't have even noticed a whole crew of people had been there working. It was like gutter fairies came and went while I was at work."

"Premier Pro was anything but professional. The initial sales person insisted that the work could be completed in three days. In fact, it took 3 to 4 weeks. This was not a problem for us. Problems included: 1. the wall between the bathroom and the adjoining bedroom was broken through, 2. the placement of the pan in the shower was not proper properly pitched so that water would collect in the shower. 3. There was water damage in the dining room ceiling below the bathroom caused by leakage from the installation. 4. the shower door was never fitted properly. When I contacted premiere pro they reluctantly sent out an installer to investigate and did so on two separate occasions after that over the course of about eight months. The conclusion was that there was no repair avaialable. The management was also rude and inappropriate. I had to hire another contractor to finally resolve the problem. I was offered $200 as compensation, which I did not accept. Final advice: caveat emptor!!"

"Everyone that we dealt with couldn?t have been nicer. We had a tub to shower conversion which was completed in one day. Matt, the installer, laid a tarp down from the door to our bathroom to protect the floors. He asked for our input when he was installing the shelves and grab bars. After he finished cleaning everything up he explained how to used the new shower head and what to use to clean the surface. The next day we texted him with a question and he immediately answered. "Refiguring of Water line work for the tankless water heater was supposed to be performed with water shut off valve. Work was agreed to have started on Wednesday August 20th, 2025 exactly at 9am. My contractor and I made it really clear that our building, lake point tower, has given us 2 hour shutoff notice to the building residents and the work has to be started at 9 am sharp for the water shutoff process to start. We waited with the team of building engineer, maintenance and our contractor but the plumber did not show up , when called he said he was still on on his way at 9:40 am. They knew that time was of the essence. I called J Blanton office very upset they apologized and said to reschedule for next week and they will be very careful and prompt. We scheduled for the second time for work to start on Tuesday August 26th, 2025 at 9am sharp. The building engineer and maintenance notified the residents 48 hours in advance for the second time for the work to be performed on Tuesday August 26th, 2025 at 9am sharp. We made it very clear to J Blanton that this is a high rise building and shutoff time is dedicated to this job exactly at 9am and they have to be prompt and present on time. J Blanton promised they will appear on time and we should not have any problems. Well, again same thing happened. After their office emailed us today on August 26th at 7:59am that they have dispatched a plumber and he is on his way, plumber called at 8 am and said he will not be able to make it at 9am. We were very upset and furious to hear this response. This was the second time they left us hanging. Complete utter disregard for time and responsibility. They showed no responsibility, professionalism and no commitment to the word they had given us for such an important matter. For each water shutoff schedule building is charging homeowners $500. We lost two weeks of work and JB Plumbing shown no care or concern for the importance of scheduling this very time sensitive work and all the details that went into to arrange the water shutoff."
