His crew was thorough, professional and meticulous. We had all of the windows in our 1948 home (and 1960s addition) replaced at once. I get pretty anxious about having work done in our home, but Marc listened well, allayed my concerns and followed through on all of his commitments to us. Our house had some surprises and complications that arose during our window install and Marc's crew was very balanced and thorough in their response and in finding solutions. His team does beautiful work, which impressed me throughout the project. We did have a couple of issues arise and Marc addressed everything right away, even personally coming by each time to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. "We hired American House to install the vinyl siding on our home and they were terrific. Arthur is extremely accommodating. He responded quickly to any questions I would text him. He is very professional and a really nice guy. It was a pleasure to work with him. His crew was hard working and did a beautiful job on our house. They used quality material, such as heavy gauge oversized gutters and downspouts. The trim work was precise and the attention to detail was outstanding. To top it off the price was very reasonable. Due to Covid the production of the 25â Certainteed Monogram Siding we wanted was put on hold. During the long wait Arthur stayed in touch with us giving us updates. He never pushed us to use a different product even though we waited about two years. It was worth the wait. The product is beautiful and being 25â it drastically reduces the number of overlaps on the house. I highly recommended American House."

"It went amazing! We also went ahead and did our roof(with a different company) and while the work for on the roof was good, the customer service was terrible. We immediately regretted not using Power for our roof replacement! The sales team at Power was honest and upfront, with no pressure sales, compared to other companies we talked with such as People's Home Remodeling(highly recommend avoiding this company, the meeting was TERRIBLE!!! and they lied about sales tactics and who knows what else). Power on the other hand was AMAZING!! The sales person we spoke to, Jeremy, was absolutely fantastic. The products matched what he promised and the installation team was prompt, worked hard, quickly, and efficiently. They even pointed out some glue that was on one of the windows, a small smudge that I did not even notice, and had a new window sent out and installed to replace it. Honestly it was something I would not complain about, but since they offered it I said hey why not? I had a small vinyl siding job (2 square) and the rep indicated that they don't really take on small jobs and that his quote would not not be competitive with a local central CT contractor."

His installers were knowledgeable, meticulous and very neat. Job site was thoroughly cleaned up each day of the install.
