"I don't usually write reviews online, but in this situation I cannot help myself. I was blown away by Mark's responsiveness and work ethic. I venture to say that Mark is faster, smarter, more efficient, and more detail-oriented than most any contractor. I was in a desperate situation (had to fire another contractor for unfortunate reasons and NEEDED our only tub replaced and bathroom tiled so my fiancé could use it to recover from surgery in a few days). Mark problem-solved quickly, told me to buy a new tub, and came over Friday at 5 after his regular work day to help me get the tub replaced in under 2 hours. After asking his wife first (classy), he offered to work over the weekend to get the job done. We worked side by side to knock out the bathroom in 2 very long days. Being a new home owner, I was jazzed to learn how to tile and Mark was an excellent leader and teacher. Honestly, I could go on and on. This guy is for real. He's professional, skilled, and efficient as all get out. I'm sure he isn't perfect, but I think you'd be very hard pressed to find a better skilled or more enjoyable contractor in the area. "

"I called to cancel it because, there was a lot of miscommunication. There was not enough understanding of what I needed and what they were doing. Then they tried to help me out, it turned out OK in the end and it got resolved. It took me a while to call them because, I had surgery. They were responsive and good. What I had done took longer, so I had to pay another $400. I would have done more research, or gotten more bids on it. They were pleasant, and responsible. For me, it would have been better if they had sent someone at first, before they did the job. I would have shown them what needed to be done, and they would have understood me better. They were punctual."

"Larry and Glen did work for us - this was the third job. They installed a 40' block retaining wall to extend our back yard. Then they installed a patio and two walks. Once again they did a great job for a fair price. These guys are the greatest."

"Ethereal Elements provided exceptional, professional and quality work repairing my basement wall leak. Dealing with Q was very easy, he is personable and to the point. Dale, who performed the work knew exactly what he was doing, he was quality oriented from start to finish. The work was completed on 4 October, I held off writing this feedback in hopes we would have a couple of extreme downpours so I could verify the basement would not leak. Q guaranteed the basement would not leak again, or they would come out and fix it. The cost of this job was reasonable and I was able to use the discount coupon. I would hire Ethereal Elements again."

Alma was amazing, she found all the contractors and ensured they did an excellent job on our flooring as well as a full kitchen and 3 bath remodel. "Guys were always on time or communicated that they were running a few minutes behind (which is more exception than rule). Nick and Bob, one of the PJ's crews, is excellent with amazing attention to detail, personable and polite.. Everything was done on time and as requested and came out looking great. Nick took extra time to be sure some flooring that had to be replaced was done with artistic precision with some extra flooring I had saved (an island was removed from the kitchen). It is pretty rare to feel like company and crew really care about the job, and pay attention to clean everything to restore the original condition they found it in. I am very happy with the outcome of this job and even a little amazed that Phillip took the concept as stated all the way through to completion as I had requested and described. Great job!"
