"Did a great job in our home after complete replumbing-retileing bathrooms-drywall patching & painting-diligent professional"

"The crew was on time and very friendly. They replaced the screws on my shed roof although some could not be removed so they sealed the heads to prevent leakage. I could not inspect all of the work due to my limited access but I'm confident they did a thorough job. Thank you very much."

"Did a great job .Replaced wood siding and painted the entire house."

"Cliff is by far the most knowledgeable, capable and professional contractor that I have ever worked with. His skill, workmanship and attention to detail are incredible. He spoke with me to determine the best course of action for a major kitchen repair. He presented numerous options that I hadn't thought of. We agreed on a plan and a price and he began work almost immediately. Every phase of the project went smoothly. He constantly check and double-checked to ensure everything was exactly as planned and to my satisfaction. He brought up options throughout the project as they came up and always kept all work and storage areas clean and organized. He maintains a network of like-minded, skilled professionals for specific skills such as granite countertops, painting etc. The project was completed very quickly and looks and performs significantly better than before. When I need another construction project, I cannot imagine using anyone else. I highly recommend Cliff!"

"Central Florida Stucco & Masonry & Repaired did a great job to removed/demo existing wood siding on the second floor of our home, then wrap the walls with house wrap and wire lathe, and applied 3 coats of stucco. I would recommend them and use them again."

"Tan the Handyman just redid my deck which was in total distress. They offered suggestions on how to salvage some of the old deck joists and railings saving me $$. The crew was efficient and explained everything they were doing. Felt totally at ease and the job was done at a good price point. My second experience with this group and still very pleased."

"We had our tile roof replaced by SolarShield in June 2019. The SolarShield crew was excellent. Showed up on time and cleaned up the work area every night before leaving for the day. Work was estimated to take 5 days, but they finished in 4 days. They do a quality, professional job. We expect no problems with this new roof for years and years to come."

There are a lot of people offering rescreening, I chose Greg Oates because of his experience and his professionalism.  Greg is busy with many job sites but always responded to my calls, he made notes of the work to be done and followed up with me when his crew discovered something unseen. He worked on my house as if it was his own and pointed out issues with the existing gutters and screen doors, and added bracing to the existing structure.  Greg has a crew that performs most of the work, but he supervised the job site and came in to do the finishing, inspection, and ensure a quality job.  When he pointed out the deficiencies in one of the screen doors, he worked with me to develop a plan to replace the door, frame, and screening. Greg came back to the house and completed the replacement.  When his crew pointed out some weak spots in the gutter attachment on the house, they volunteered to attach them correctly.  This was not pushy salesmanship, but genuine attention to construction quality ? exactly what I expected of the work.  Affordable screening was neither the most expensive, nor the least expensive bid, but Greg and his crew have great customer service and professional experience that provide value I can count on.

"To replace a roof on your home can be an overwhelming event. But the professionals at Total Home Roofing bring unparalleled experience to the job that clears the fog of uncertainty about replacing your roof. During our first visit from Travis, he walked us through what to expect with replacing our roof. He was available for follow-up questions and was always honest and clear about the process. After the job was complete, he even called back to make sure we were satisfied, and everything was as we discussed. Then came the actual replacement of the roof! The Supervisor of our project was Eduardo, who was just as amazing as Travis. He was constantly communicating about what was happening and what to expect during the process. He let us know that if we had any questions or concerns, to contact him, and he would resolve or clarify so we were fully informed. Anytime I called Eduardo, he answered the phone and was available. Then if that wasn’t enough, I received daily updates from the main office of what was going on the day before and what to expect that day. Total Home Roofing made this daunting process less stressful. They went out of their way to communicate and walk with us through this event. Thank you, Total Home Roofing, Travis, and Eduardo!"

"Anderson Brothers Roofing was one of four contractors to respond to my request for two re-roof projects in 2018. I wanted a local, well established and licensed contractor to do the jobs. Anderson Bros is licensed in Florida for roofing and is also a certified general contractor, which was a bonus. AB came in the lowest out of the four (one bid was off the charts too high). I hired Anderson Bros after interviewing Mike from the company, a really good guy and knowledgeable too. Both re-roof jobs were delivered on time and on budget. Very satisfied with Anderson Brothers Roofing. Hired them to do additional insurance work that required a GC certification."
