"I asked Matt to replace from plumbing in a condo I am watching while the owner is away, in Waverly Place. Those condos are small and plumbing access is not easy. Matt was nice enough to tell me that some of my requests did not actually need replacing. That saved me a lot of money. Matt arrived on time and was very professional and neat. He is friendly enough but he gets straight to work so no time is wasted. I thought he was very reasonable and would hire him again without question. I have his number saved in my phone for future plumbing needs. Thanks Matt."

"We have been trying for over a year to get our tankless hot water heater working . We gave up and decided to replace the tankless. Coleman with Peerless found the problem with the existing hot water heater and reworked the plumbing. It now works perfectly. Picture 1 is the method that did not work.Picture 2 is the rework that worksperfectly"

"They called me within a short period and set up a same day appointment for a free estimate. Mario the technician was super professional and friendly, he assessed the problems correctly right away and after replacing the elements I was back up and running with hot water again. Mario went above and beyond to help me and he didn’t leave until it was confirmed that hot water was produced and everything was properly solved. Kintex is from now on going to be my go to company for all my plumbing needs in my home or in my business. I can’t be me happier. Thank you very much for a great service provided."

"Danny was very instructive in determining we should have put in a gas instead of an electric tankless water heater you did an excellent job on writing all the pipes and setting it up for us including return visits to adjust the temperature to my wife's liking"

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Vero Beach, FL

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
