"I've seen and spoken to Joe, Dustin, Corey and Freddie! They are all extremely knowledgeable in their craft and super nice! My husband and I are in love with the work they did for our home ^^ They installed 2 exhaust fans, installed 6 recess lights, 3 chandeliers, an outlet, fixed a light switch that worked for two rooms, and fixed 2 outlets of ours. We thought the two outlets were old wiring and that's why they weren't putting out much power. But leave it up to Dustin to figure out the problem! We had Joe come back to install the two exhaust fans into our bathrooms and they work great! Joe is most definitely a hard worker! Money was well spent and it's always a plus to be around competent people!"

He worked with the schedule and short time I needed a bathroom fan installed because I had a state inspection coming up. He would answer the phone when I needed to ask him a queation, or he would call back when I left a message. It turned out the wiring from the old fan was not to code, so he figured out a way to rewire the bathroom fan without breaking open the walls. This was important to me because it was a rental unit, and I did not know what to expect. It was a great experience working with Ken, and I would recommend him for any electrical work!"

"Install guys were nice and clean. They did forget to seal the gas exhaust pipe properly. A tech came back out that night to seal the PVC piping after I called them about it. Nice reaction but letting carbon monoxide exhaust leak into my basement in the first palce was not a quality job. The salesperson while polite was not aware that the three zone heating on my existing equipment was not compatible with the new Carrier system to be installed. Rather than confirm it with his manager he stated specifically that there would be no problem and the techs would demonstrate the zone heating before they left. Halfway thru the install the techs let me know that the zone controls would not work with the new system and I had to pay extra to make that work. Ok, lesson learned, never accept what the salesperson says only what they write on the order. Eventually I paid for the new board to be installed. Of course the new board is a special order and a week later and multiple calls I still do not have a date for if and when the install will be completed even though I have paid in full. Why the Install team does not confirm that the equipment is on order and when it might be installed is beyond me. I am patient but they need to keep the customer informed. As to the new Carrier Heat Pump and Gas furnace. Working beautiful now that they have sealed the exhaust pipe."

In this case he didn t like how the bearing fit on this pump and went back and insisted on the right size. It turns out he was right and the one he brought back the second time fit perfectly.
