One of my dog damaged the screen frame on the storm door. I have called 6 times about buying a replacement screen. They still have not returned my call regarding the replacement nor have they even given me a price. On the same screen door, The stop seized up while we were opening the door, pulled the screws out of the door jamb damaging the door jamb. After emailing and texting them multiple time they said it was from wind damage. No wind damage the part the installed intermittently locks. After 2 weeks of complaining they sent out a installer. That was roughly about a month ago. No calls, no emails, no attempts to make any type of repair. The interior door knobs keep coming off. Called and told them about that now return call.
