I specialize in door and window installation/ replacement, bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, and demo/abatement work. Certified for Lead Abatement and swinging stage platform work. Have experience in project oversight, consulting, and good old labor. I enjoy design and engineering challenges, custom built and artistic projects but give the same attention to detail on the plain design jobs. I am probably too honest to get rich doing contract work, but i think that is something to be proud of. Im hardworking and resourceful making me a 1st choice for your next project.. "We obtained 6 bids to replace our roof. Caliber's bid was very competitive in price. It was a very difficult decision as to which company to select since all bidders were highly valued on Angie's List. We have a larger home plus a workshop that was in need of shingles. Spring rains made it difficult to schedule a date but with a 3 day window of clear weather the job was started at 8 a.m. and was completed at the end of the second day at 6 p.m. Workiing past 8 p.m. on the first day the 10 man crew was able to lay 103 squares of shingles in the two days. We were concerned about the hundreds of plants around our property being damaged and made that a priority. Chris the supervisor on the job was extremely helpful and kept the work moving along. "We called this company after losing some shingles. We had another company who only was interested in filing an insurance claim. Since this was a 20Year old roof and the second layer as well we wanted an honest evaluation. We felt that Mark gave us a good inspection and a detailed estimate. He went the extra mile to get us an additional sample that was in the catalog before we made a decision. He explained the process so we knew what to expect. In spite of the rain they came out within two weeks. The crew started at 7 and finished after 5. They cleaned up and everything looked great when they were done. We are very satisfied with the quality and look of the roof. There was a slight hiccup when the shingles were delivered and placed so they blocked the garage. A call to Mark got that corrected quickly so we could move a car if needed. Overall a good experience."

Rick and his son, Chris, were very professional.  I was concerned about the undertaking of this remodel but after meeting with J Co. I felt at ease, in addition, I felt I had the right company for the job.  They worked long hours  including Sundays, trying to get this project finished for me in a timely manner and they did just that. 

I don't think there were any surprises once they job was started.  Rick was very observant when I showed him what I wanted done and also made some suggestions of what he thought should be done for the best turnout.

After each work day, I took notice that they took time to clean up after themselves.
