Joel and his team made the experience easier than I ever imagined. They were easy to work with. and whenever I had a concern, the whole process was explained to me. They guys went beyond my expectations, especially since we had a major snow storm right in the middle of the project that dumped 40 inches of snow on the area where I live. "I was in <strong>  BIG  </strong> trouble!  Due to a leak in my roof that had gone unnoticed for years, the entire side wall of my house was in danger of crashing to the ground.  As Rob exposed the areas, it kept getting worse and worse than I had imagined. The rot was everywhere, and he discovered a lot of "sistering" from previous attempts to fix it. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
