They were not properly wired and he stated that this type of wiring is no longer performed this way, and he was able to fix them quickly. Since I am an advanced DIY'er he educated me on the old switches that I was trying to replace and actually gave me a diagram on how 3-way switches operated. Thanks for the work and the education."

The area in need of improvement is with building work; however, they did return quickly to make final repairs to 4 ceiling holes at no additional expense. I have no issue with the work I hired them to do, except that even with the Angie's List discount, I felt the overall price was a bit on the high side.
