Literally there was no power in the dining room, living room ,and desk area. He thoroughly investigated and tested all the outlets in the problem areas. Only one of the outlets had to be replaced since all the rest tested out fine. He did not stop there. He went on to check all my breakers and realized that one of them was in the off position.
