My next home projects are already in the planning process with Woodworxâ s. The entire crew was polite, professional, and on time every day. I was kept updated with progress, and with any information that needed to be relayed back to me, was done so in a timely manner, so that I could make a decision as to which way to go. Unless they go out of business, I will never use another contractor."

They sold us on the lifetime warranty for product and installation. 10 years later the uv coating is failing and looks tremble. Called their customer service # and was informed that the manufacturer canceled the warranty and will not replace the window sashes without me paying $180 per sash. Each window has 2 sashes and would be $360 per windows times 12 windows equals $4320. Don't fall for their tactics and fake warranties. "
