"Larry is a gem! He is an absolute professional from beginning to end. Larry came out to give me an estimate on painting our cabinets and interior touch up paint, and I could tell he not only was extremely knowledgeable but trustworthy too. He is so easy going and very easy to work with. Once we decided to use Lar Con Construction for work on our home, he stayed in constant contact with me. We had already moved out of the home when the guys started working on the home. But Larry kept me informed and sent pictures throughout the entire process which I really appreciated since I wasn't there. Even when I brought things to his attention that I needed fixed that I forgot to tell him about in the beginning, he just went with it. He actually told me initially, you won't know for sure what all you need done until you move. And boy was he right! As he was doing a walk through, he even found things we missed and would reach out and say, do you want me to fix this or that. He treated us like we were family and you can tell he puts 100% into everything he does. He did an AMAZING job on the cabinets and the other things around the house. You can tell he loves what he does. Moving is stressful enough, but he totally made this process an easy one. We didn't have to worry about anything! He has been an absolute blessing!"

He is an expert on everything to do with plumbing & a great guy too. My water heater is 23 years old, so I decided to replace that as well. Jerimey led the work crew the next day in replacing my water line & water heater replacement. All the work was complete that day & the results are very good! "They did a great job. I had other plumbers before but Norman knows his trade well. They replaced our kitchen facet & fixed the water line on our refrigerator' s ice maker. I had 3 other plumbers who tried to fix our ice maker but weren't able to fix correctly. We were so impressed with their work & expertise that we decided to have them install our new dishwasher and put in a water filter under our skunk. They will finish these projects this coming week. "Leonardo the owner came out promptly to measure and quote, was straightforward about the scope of the job and made suggestions to reduce the cost. A couple of days’ delay on the install timing but Leonardo was communicative and honest. When the installers came it took less time than expected, looks great and the quality seems very good. We’ll see in a year after some use, however I expect it will be just as solid then. No issues with our dogs being in the house. Once the crew got to work, they paid no mind to each other. Had another quote as well and Dreamworks’ pricing was lower. Personal service, good pricing and quality product."

"Victor showed up as scheduled and cleaned the tile and grout in the kitchen and nook area as requested. It looks like new, my wife was VERY pleased with the results. You don't realize how dirty your tiles are until you see them after they've been cleaned. We opted to apply the sealant ourselves, but in hindsight should've just paid Victor to do it. My aching back. :) We would definitely use Guaranteed Services again."
