The price was very reasonable to replace the entire roof, plywood, shingles and gutters, etc. The crew showed up tight on time and worked for over 12 hrs. "Acquired home on Cape and wanted to make "maintenance free" exterior. I had done professional apartment building replacements(windows, doors, roofing, and interiors) with Cypress, and new their quality and pricing fairness. It was inter "shoulder season" and they found a week and completed the project (plus I added a couple of more doors). Used Harvey products (my preferred)..no glitches or callbacks....and did nice job cleaning up,...no nails, shards etc. Cypress (Bob Lud) also did work on brownstone and multi family rentals, on historic windows, doors, roofs etc...did fine work....needed some help with govt contract paperwork, but we eventually got that perfect to."
