After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. "Our AC went out on 7/28 late in the evening. We were struggling to find a company that had availability to come out right away, or to even get a call back from other companies. I posted on Nextdoor asking if anyone in my area had recommendations for a company, and the owner commented on my post leaving his phone number. We called and he said he could come out that night - he came out at 9:30 at night (within ten minutes of us speaking to him on the phone). He was able to diagnose the issue, and had the AC working again within less than half-an-hour. He wasn't going to be able to get the needed part until the next morning, but he got our unit working in the meantime, and the next day sent a text exactly when he said he was going to, and showed up when he said he would, and got the work done timely. He was incredibly pleasant, and kind. Pricing for an emergency service was also much more affordable than other companies we spoke to. Thanks for the responsiveness and wonderful work!"

"I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. While with me the second trip, I mentioned several other small jobs, and they got right on them! The vent hood took a trip into the attic and up onto the roof, but they figured out the problem and solved it. This hood was damaged during Katrina (12 years ago) & Ive had several companies out to look/repair and nobody was able to diagnose problem. Now I have my hood back! Repaired two ceiling fans that I'd been told to junk, repaired a pendant light wired incorrectly by another contractor, and even replaced some light bulbs in my 12-foot ceiling-ed rooms! Excellent service, very fair pricing, good responsiveness, and just all-around nicefolks. I HIGHLY recommend!"

"I see this company has not had a review in a while. my guess is that is because they go beyond if necessary to get the job done and done right. In my case the repairman called me back in a short time and came over in a few hours with the parts to repair my appliances. The disposal was repaired in a short time. However, the new motor for the dishwasher was broken. He reassured me he would order a new motor ASAP. He did and when he received it there were missing parts. At that point thru no fault of ABBA, I decided my 4 yr old top of the line Kenmore dishwasher was as mistake. Bought a Kitchenaid not so top of the line and installed it myself. So far so good.
