"Mr. Fournett was very professional and provided prompt service.  He was knowledgeable about our gas oven.   He looked at the problem and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and made some adjustments in the gas/air flow.   He has came twice: once for the initial visit and then again for a followup.  Both times he was on time as promised and stood behind his work.    Everything was taken care of by the initial amount paid for via Angie's List.  I would definitely use Mr. Fournett again and recommend him.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
