The renovation went smoothly, and I got everything I wanted, plus low maintenance shower doors; no need to squeegee after every shower! Bath Planet's designer, Tracie Stern, was also an enormous help. She helped me decide between LVT floor designs based on my preferences. She went with me to compare styles, knew how much I needed and helped me place the order. She made the whole process so easy. I am SO GLAD I went with her suggestion. "This whole experience went better than any other project we've had done. Caleb, the owner, spoke with me first and was willing to look at the bathroom the same day. I got a quote for just the shower and one for the entire bathroom. We decided to replace just the shower. I received weekly phone calls updating me on when they could start. They were able to start earlier than anticipated and they completed the work quickly and efficiently. I was trying to coordinate this from another state and they did a great job taking pictures and staying in touch. The shower looks amazing."
