"Every year in Spring we have our air conditioner serviced. This last Spring, Anderson Plumbing came out and did the service. At the same time saying that our heater was needing a new part and shutting that system down. Last week Anderson came out to look at the heater. Said it needed a ?minor? repair for $700. We had someone else come out today for a second opinion. He was from Evo Air. He looked at everything, nothing wrong at all!! Turned the system back on and everything works fine. That is what honestly and integrity looks like! Completely a free visit. Again, NOTHING AT ALL wrong!! $700 could have been wasted on a scam by Anderson. "

"Excellent service! We scheduled Plumbing Plus to replace the hot and cold cartridge's in a sink faucet and a tub pop-up drain and overflow gasket. Jared N. quickly assessed the problems. The faucet was so corroded with water deposits that it could not be dismantled to simply replace the hot and cold cartridge's. So Jared replaced the entire faucet with a high quality replacement. After the tub pop-up drain was replaced, Jared checked for leaks by looking in a 'trap door' in the ceiling below the tub that was left after the tub was replaced in an earlier remodel. Jared discovered that the entire tub drain was leaking and need to be replaced, which he did. He also corrected a problem with the drain pipe left from the previous remodel. Although the job was much more complex than expected, Jared was professional, efficient, and extremely cheerful throughout . We highly recommend Jared and Plumbing Plus"

We had had difficulty finding any AC company that would come out to just repair the clogged drain without sending a tech and upselling us or telling us there is a service fee to diagnose and then send a tech â ¦ Kylie went right to the issue and not only cleaned the drain pipe but gave us a long term solution so that this would never happen again. That was amazing and relieved a lot of concern on our part. Recommend 5 stars for sure and will use again"
