"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! "Pipepals plumbing was 10 stars! Choice was 4 stars. They were timely in assigning the job but I had to keep an eye in the website as notifications did not get pushed via email as expected. They also wouldn't cover all the work recommended by the plumber. Essentially I had a broken pvc in an outside faucet and they wanted him to reuse the faucet instead of replacing it. So I would have had a 1/2 in pipe with 2 connectors...to an old faucet just to save $30. I paid out of pocket so it's right but really? Again plumber was AWESOME. Showed early and returned next day to confirm leak was fixed and patched the holes."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Because we were doing complete new vinyl Siding,Windows, and Gutters, We were nervous who to choose. I found Carefree Home Pros on the Internet and set up an appointment with them. They took about two hours and were very thorough. Their prices seemed competitive and their products had good quality. I did have have a few questions about the company so the salesman arranged a meeting with us and the owner to put our minds at ease. Considering we live at opposite sided of the state it was a very positive gesture. We decided to go with Carefree because they had a great product, Competitive price and a good work ethic. Because were wanted Anderson 400 windows it took 4 weeks to get them, but once they were here they started work immediately and finished in two weeks, just as planned.The house was stripped of all old siding, plywood was replaced where damaged, and the house was completely wrapped with house wrap. They installed my new windows in one day! The trim on the house was done exceptionally well with lots of attention to detail. The workers were pleasant and courteous and cleaned up before they went home every day.
We would definitely use them again. Our Home looks great,our windows are draft free, and it even withstood a hurricane with no damage.
