"Came out to give us an estimate was very reasonable we we're excited to get this done. We had a project set for Dec 4th so we had out door delivered the 3rd. My husband texted him to make sure everything was set and see what time he was coming only to find out that he cannot do our job until after January , if we would have known we would have waited on the door (now we have to store). I just wonder if he was going to tell us he wasn't coming if my husband hadn't texted him."

Discovered water coming in and eventually rotting the wallboard, studs, etc. Had to replace entire wall. Called them about the issue, they sent a rep. He said it was the chimney's fault, it was leaking. Not so, opened the wall and ceiling and had another roofer come spray water on the chimney, nothing, no leak. Then sprayed water on the cricket, water came in. Exterior Medics would not admit any fault. Had it repaired, no leak, no problem since then. Had recommended to a friend, never gain, he also had a bad experience. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK AND A COMPANY HAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK."
