Two days later, our main unit is blowing warm air. We called to have them come out to fix it and they can't make it out for several more days. This company sold us lemon units that are already failing. We paid 21k+ to have two units that don't work. Now when we need them to come help they cannot come for several days. Very untrustworthy. Very unprofessional. Very unresponsive. Very poor value. Very poor service. If you need a company that will sell you a quality product and also will be here when you need them, then go elsewhere. If you want trash products and zero service when you need it then this is your best bet. BBB will be getting involved next. Trash company."

I dont know if they had new management take over but with how much money and years we have been with them, they DO NOT care about customers and work ethics anymore. I was told it was a "flat rate" of $275 plus tax. If you too are teacher or anyone with a regular job, I'd suggest you hire anyone else. pros - fast response cons - WAY OVERPRICED (charged me $400 per hour for labor)"
