When we received their proposal and design we were more than thrilled. The design was beautiful and their quote was less than other companies. The Andersons were also using far better materials and had a better design. We had to wait a while for them to start but at risk of sounding cliche, "It was worth the wait!" Our deck and pergola are better than we could have even imagined! It is magnificent! The crew and company were very professional and easy to work with everyday. They kept us updated with any delays that happened i.e like bad weather when they could not work, whether or not they would be starting late that day or if something needed to be changed because our house was not cooperating with their plan (we had rotten wood that could not be seen until after siding was removed from the house). We love our deck and could not be happier with our choice to use RA Building & Design. We can't say enough good praises about their professionalism, design and product quality.
