"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

Can't say enough positive things about my experience with Window City from the initial meeting to the install. I was in need of replacing all 11 of my old metal windows in my ranch style home. "Mr. Beeler actually slipped in to examine job in between jobs in the area. He took his time in making sure the mortar color would match for repair work. Examined whole house to see if other work needed to be done - he invented nothing more than what we wanted. Everything was done within a week, we didn't need to be there. Advised before pay, examine and if issues he'd come out and repair. Very satisfied, have already recommended to next door neighbor who saw him working while we were away. Would not hesitate in calling for his help again."

"My Garage door had come off the track and blocked my cars inside, prevented me from getting out, and damaged multiple possessions. It was a Sunday night and had made two or more calls to other providers who did not want to perform services on Sunday. Mr. Payton answered my call and within 45 minutes had arrived. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
