I completed the 4 year apprentice program through the union & have also taken many other seminars & training classes offered through distributors & flooring manufacturers. As promised he gave us a quote that same night that was very reasonable compared to two others we had gotten previously. The job was refinishing wood floors in pretty much our whole house. There was some repair and patching in a few spots. He removed and hauled away old carpet. It was done in two phases with a lot of furniture moving that he and his partner handled for us. He showed up on time every morning (even during a major snow storm) and communicated regularly via text.
