"Quote process was on time, Sean was very professional and on time. Install of system was fast. Things changed from quote that I was not advised of though and I felt I should have been advised. For example, I was quoted 8 zones, and 28 sprinkler heads. I got 5 zones and 19 sprinkler heads when all said and done. I bought my own smart sprinkler controller and a separate zone for an upper garden(which we did not do) was quoted. Sean said he would credit me for the controller, and the separate garden zone off the original quote, however, when the bill came the day following installation these items were still included with the balance due, of $3823. I called to dispute the charges and Sean apologized for the oversight on the billing, and corrected that right away. I mentioned the zones and head issue and Sean said that quoting was not highly precise. He said he included an inline sediment filter (not included with original quote) that offset the zones and head issue. I had a couple of problems after installation that NW responded and took care of right away. So from a service perspective they were very good. But I was not happy with quoting process or the final billing because I felt the inline filter did not offset the reduction in zones and sprinkler heads. So overall, I give the process in general 3 stars. 5 for service, and 1 for quoting and billing."

"They don't schedule enough time to provide the requested service so they have to come back. This works to their advantage because they charge you for a whole hour ($70) even if they're there just 10 minutes. They determine the time based on the GPS tracker in the service vehicle. Both times the guy sat in his truck for 30 minutes after he was finished. Work was completed but 2 sprinkler heads still don't pop up."

I was hosting an event at my house and really wanted the deck finished on a short time frame. I was referred to Scott and his crew with only about 3 weeks until my project needed to be completed. Scott was very responsive in providing me with a quote and said that he could start on the work right away. Scott did a great job of managing expectations on the project and finding ways to get the project done in the most cost efficient way possible. He was invaluable when dealing with the city inspector as well. When other contractors told me that it would take two weeks to get a response back from the city inspector, Scott helped me to secure a same-day inspection to keep the project on schedule. While working on the deck, Scott noticed a few very loose deck footings and the rough shape that my fence gate was in. He gave a fair price on a replacement of the gate an built a very nice new gate. The project was completed and inspected on time, maybe even ahead of schedule. I was happy with the service and was very impressed with the responsiveness and promptness that Scott displayed. I would consider him and his firm for future landscaping projects."
