The owner, Tom Schultz, was prompt at returning my call and scheduling a home visit within 2 days (at a very busy & extra wet season) to assess my mold issues. Tom was both very knowledgeable and personable. He allayed my fears and also shared written mold information from the CDC. Aside from the visible mold, he identified the exact area of my basement ceiling that was also at risk for mold due to moisture (using a moisture meter) and took the extra time to identify the potential source. Above all, Tom was honest and didn't come in to just take my money. Rather he explained that the amount of mold removal required was within a DIY homeowner's or handyman's scope of work. He also quoted a competitive price for professional remediation, if so desired. While I plan to go the handyman route at this time, I would not hesitate to call Tom again if more extensive mold developed.
