"Jesse Jones, owner of Professional Carpet Systems came today to extract an entire bottle of red wine that broke and spilled onto our light beige carpet. If anyone could get our carpet clean again, I knew it would be PCS. Jesse was quick to respond, within minutes of my texting him, assuring me he would do his best to get the stains out. He arrived exactly on time, did a magnificent job getting the large stains out of the carpet and then cleaned the entire carpet in that room. I could not have been more pleased. He gave us the quote -- lower than the other two providers we contacted --told us how long the job would take, and tried to answer our many questions (we had a lot). There was a lot of back-and-forth over the color and texture of the new carpet. Greg was patient, and sent us a number of samples. We finally found something we really liked. <br /> We set a date, but had to push it back one day because of rain. The crew arrived on time and completed the job in eight and half hours. They did a skillful job installing our new carpet, which we like very much. <br />"

The house was empty of all furniture so the job was fairly straight forward, but it was done efficiently and effectively. The carpet was left immaculately clean and had a fresh clean scent. I could have had the carpet installed sooner than I actually wanted it, so scheduling was never an issue. The estimator and scheduler are top notch as well. The crew that installed the carpet were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The carpet looks great. My only disappointment was the number of marks left on the walls (not baseboards) from the installers. I complained about this and the owner, Matt, came over to my house immediately to look at the situation and apologize. He offered me fair compensation for the issues I had. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a good carpet at a good price run by professionals who care about their customers' satisfaction."
