He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. "Mark Vachon isn't just a contractor, he's an artist! He had previously done a built in lovely shelf wall-unit for us, as well as replaced doors and windows for us. Mark bent each branch to give the bookcase the graceful appearance of an oak tree. It was also textured to have the appearance of real bark. Every last detail shows Mark's incredible skill. She sent Bruno out to assess the job and within 24 hours I had a detailed contract to look over that touched on all the things that were important; a reasonable price, start date, clean up, number of workers present at all times, etc.. I went with CS+W and they kept their promises! 2 to 3 workers showed up on time every day and they worked hard right through the day. I also added 2 jobs while they were here. I had them replace 2 windows, remove and replace PVC porch and stair railings and replace a small roof.
