I can understand that certain products are recommended with certain makes of appliances -- but it would have taken 20 seconds to tell us what the recommended products are without having our choices criticized. "First and foremost, Miquel, honorable honest and efficient, timely work. I was very impressed with Miquel’s knowledge. He knew or suspected the problem as soon as he saw my Samsung top load washer. It ended up being exactly what he said it was going to be, and fortunately for me the part that was broken really wasn’t needed. He removed the offending part that was blocking the drain. He then closed it back up and it’s been working perfectly for over a week now. Quite honestly he could’ve worked me for a lot more money, that never seemed to be his goal. His only goals seem to be fixing my problem at the most efficient price."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
