"ARHT Home Solutions just completed a series of home improvement projects that included replacing the entire roof of our home, installing new gutters, and painting our ceiling in the kitchen/living room/hallway and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the level of service and quality of the work done on our home. My husband and I noticed some shadows appearing on our kitchen and living room ceilings and figured that our roof needed some repairs so after some searching on the internet, we ended up contacting ARHT Home Solutions for a quote on roofing, gutters, and interior home repair services. ARHT Home Solutions responded to our inquiry very quickly and well within a week, Michael and Whitman came out to inspect our roof and interior repair needs. They took the time to look at our roof from the outside and also inspected the decking from inside the attic to asses our roofing needs and to provide us with a quote for roofing services. In short and not unexpectedly, their recommendation was for a total roof replacement, not just roof repairs (our roof was already at least 15 years old and had a myriad of problems). Michael took the time to explain the issues he saw with our roof (in addition to its age) and what our roofing materials options were before providing a quote. At each step of the way, he made it a point to make sure that we were comfortable with continuing the conversation of going with ARHT Home Solutions to address our roof replacement and then he took the extra time to work through our financing options. He presented us with a reasonable quote and we agreed on the spot to go with ARHT Home Solutions. Michael took us through every single step of our roof replacement so that there were no surprises on the day it was scheduled to take place. He was on site with the roof replacement crew and sent us updates throughout the day, including videos that showed in what terrible shape our roof was in (it is a miracle the roof hadn't collapsed yet). And though two days were scheduled to finish the roof replacement, he and his wonderful crew had the roof completely replaced in one day, which was amazing because that meant we didn't have to stay in a hotel overnight with our son and newborn baby. They went above and beyond by trimming back branches on a tree in the front yard to help prevent any damage to the roof and cleared out insulation that was blocking an exhaust vent. They did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards as well and when we returned home, you could barely tell anyone had been there at all. The interior repair work/ceiling painting was done two days later and the gentleman who came was very nice, quiet, and worked efficiently - he arrived early and was finished by mid-afternoon. He did an amazing job with the requested repair work and then painting everything. The gutters were installed the following week and the team that arrived were also here on time and installed the gutters in what seemed like record time. All of the work was completed within 2-3 weeks of our signing a work contract with ARHT Home Solutions and everything was done in a professional manner. The personal attention to detail and constant check-ins by Michael and all of the crews was very refreshing and extremely reassuring that our home was in good hands. This has been by far the best home improvement project experience we could have asked for and because Michael took the time to explain the possibility of any additional costs and kept us updated on every step of the roof replacement, there were no surprises. Thankfully, everything went to plan and the costs stayed within the original quote. "We were very pleased with Amazing Skylights.  Rich came out and after checking our exiting skylights gave us an estimate on the two skylights and a SolaTube; there was no pressure salesmanship.  We arranged to have the work done and his staff was able to install the two skylights in one morning. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />We also purchased a SolaTube as our family room was quite dark during the daytime.  Rich and his staff  installed the SolaTube in an afternoon (same day as the skylights).  Installing the SolaTube required cutting into our roof and bringing the tube from the roof through a small area in a linen closet on the second floor and ending up in the family room.  Sunlight is now reflected through the tube and brings bright sunlight into our family room during the day.  We are very pleased with the workmanship and the clean up with Amazing Skylights, Inc. <br />"

He's fair, responsive, and a straight shooter that will work with you. Replacing a roof isn't cheap, so when we saved up the money we called him and he worked within our budget and time frame. His team showed up on time and just went to work. They were very diligent throughout, including their clean up effort - which was spotless. Beyond the work of the team putting on the roof - Springfield sends their own in house inspector to double check the work afterwards, someone completely separate from the first team just to make sure everything is done, and done right. Gives us a lot of confidence that we made the right hire. And although we know we won't have any roof needs in the near term, we will always have Mike Bennett on speed dial. "If you don&#39;t want to read all the details below then it point is - Bill matched roofing and siding that was more then 20 years old and it was a challenge! My house is an older house with an asphalt shingled roof and vinyl siding. A new addition was added in 2000. Over the years the roof of the original house had been repaired, the shingles were slightly different in color for each patch. The addition was a slightly different blue for the original house. The house and addition needed help. William Richmond replaced my neighbors roof, it looked so clean and new and perfect! So I asked Bill to give me a quote for the roof and it was within my price range. Looking at the house I realized that this might be the moment to make the addition and the house match. I told Bill I wanted the house&#39;s roof to match the addition and that I wanted the house&#39;s siding to match the addition. The addition was 21 years old. Tough job to make a beautiful whole out of a nice half and rough half. Bill matched the roofing from the addition with some serious searching. The siding was harder but he found siding for the house that made it the match the addition. Note: my husband is color blind and when he built the addition he could not see the difference in color, I married him in 2002 (I&#39;m not color blind and the house and additional always hurt my teeth). In short order I had the house and addition of my dreams, one beautiful unified whole. Every day I take my dog for a walk and everyday as I walk towards my house I&#39;m so pleased with how it looks. It has been almost 3 years of visual bliss. In addition the workmanship is excellent and it was done on time with careful clean-up. Perfection! Also, they reviewed their own work and were not satisfied with the flashing installation so they came back a couple days later with new material to replace it. No additional cost to us.
