"Excellent. From the owner Mitch to the salesman George to Nick and his Dad who did the actual installation, all were professional and good to work with. Their price was the best of the 3 bids I got, although to be fair the comparison was not apples-to-apples among the 3 contractors. One bid used aluminum-clad wood, another a composite; Thermal bid using triple-pane solid vinyl windows. They were careful checking the measurements and kept us posted on progress. Nick and his Dad worked quicklly, even in 90+ heat, usually leaving early afternoon. They were good about cleaning up -- no debris left over. They were also good about keeping the inside of the house clean and meeting EPA requirements to avoid spreading lead dust (our house is over 80 years old). Took them about 5 days to install after the windows were manufactured. No complaints at all. Hope I never have to do any of this again, but I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who needs window replacement."

"It went very well! They worked quickly and efficiently and had excellent follow up as well. We got several quotes for this inspection, and C&A was by far the least expensive and most pleasant to work with!"

"They are very thorough.  One visit dealt with an air-conditioning problem on our Volvo XC-90.  The Volvo dealer couldn't find anything wrong with it or said it needed replaced.  Alexander's was curious about the problem and removed the glove compartment.  They found an old piece of paper from the previous owner lodged there.  It was blocking the AC vent and the problem was solved when the paper was removed.  The Alexander's guys are also diligent to reset the oil change monitor which took a bit of researching on how to do it.  Family owned and operated.

"Good communication & coordination. Install team arrived on time and worked diligently to complete project. Cleaned up at completion of project. Recommended!"

"After finding a contractor in the yellow pages, we hired him and he gutted our bathroom. We didn't hear from him again...so we joined Angie's List. My husband found K & L Enterprises. Mr. Ward did everything he could do help us out of our "jam." He kept me posted each day to let me know where he stood on the overall job. He gave me some suggestions as to things that may work better. When I was having difficulty finding a piece of plumbing for the tub, he offered to find it for us. The employees were always careful to clean up after themselves each day that they left. We were so glad we found K & L Enterprises...a company that has a very strong work ethic and treats people right!"

"I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for $99.00 which was for only the walls of the room.  I decided to have the all of the other areas i.e. trim, doors, ceiling painted also and purchased the additional service from Protect and Preserve to be performed when the walls were painted.
Mr. Sperback and his team arrived at 8:00 am just as he said they would do.  He and his team were very courteous and professional.  Mr. Sperback confirmed the work that would be performed prior to beginning the job.
I am very happy with the result.  He and his team are very detail oriented.  Rather than taping around the door knob, they removed and reinstalled it after the door was painted.  The room was completely finished within about 4 hours.  They cleaned up everything prior to leaving so one would ever know anyone had been here to paint that day unless aware that I had it done then.
I am very pleased with the work Mr. Sperback and his team performed and am working with him to have other painting performed this summer.
I'd like to add that I had to reschedule the painting a couple of times.  Mr. Sperback was always understanding and willing to reschedule to another time.  I would highly recommend Paint and Preserve Painting to any one thinking of having any painting performed.

"Hired another contractor, also listed on Angie's List."

"It went great! Joe, the owner, was very responsive to what I needed done and when I needed it done. He was very helpful with suggestions about tile choice. His installer, Steve, did a fantastic job. He was very good at explaining things, and getting the tile installed perfectly. They were very pleasant and respectful of my home. The price charged was very fair and the work completed was done quickly and the tile looks great! Would definitely hire TilePro again!"
