We will be hiring him in 2025 to remodel our first floor which will include the kitchen. "This is a maintenance free deck that should last my lifetime. On the higher end of the cost scale but I didn't want wood that would need stained or painted. And I especially didn't want decking material that deteriorates after 5 years. Or discolors and gets covered in mold. Very sturdy build. Build team asked me about any issues they ran into and together we worked out a plan. Very happy with the people and the deck."

"Well, the drop down menu here only gives the options for vinyl siding, awning/patio cover, and deck/porch replacement/repair. So I just picked one but actually had a new roof and gutters installed.
