"Jeff installed a paver walkway and also installed a stone border for our flower garden, and added plants. He was a pleasure to work with, had great suggestions and is very knowledgeable about plants and landscaping. I strongly recommend Jeff and plan to hire him again on future projects."

"They did a wonderful job grading and picking up debris. Very professional and very easy to work with. Going above and beyond with communication and completing the job in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them if you have any jobs that need there expertise. I have hired them for a second phase on my yard work."

"Hired Chastain Land Development to do some work related to invasive bamboo-root-removal. Additionally had stumps removed, as well as some light grading work completed. They?re very upfront and transparent. They were very responsive and quick to complete all required work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for any of the services they can provide. Overall, I greatly appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and capabilities of the company."

"Austin was terrific to work with. Communications was great and he came up with a landscape design that corrected a lot of poor landscaping in the past and dramatically improved drainage, safety and curb appeal of the house. His crew managed to do all the work in a single day. They knocked down old hardscape, regraded, added a boulder retaining wall and huge stepping stones to create an inviting walkway to the front door. New perimeter plantings and anchor trees really frame the house and increased its value far above the cost of the project."

"Pool demo, haul-off, fill, and grade yard. It's rare these days to find a contractor that's as capable, competent, communicative, timely, diligent, and professional as Brad of Simpson Hauling. The project started and finished as scheduled, the crew was highly skilled, and the result was better than expected. I highly recommend this company."

"Brandon is great. A professional. Showed up on time, identified the problem, made the repair. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend."
