Required plumbing, electrical, paint, framework, waterproofing, flooring, and problem-solving for issues that arose in both. I was on a time crunch to sell my house and urgently needed to remodel my basement by building a full kitchen with wet bar, installing wood floor and stairway, interior painting, and light fixture replacements. They promised to complete this in a month, but got it done in less than 30 days, all without sacrificing quality. It was so stunning, just one week after they finished, I got an offer on my home. As part of the initial quote, the options were explained in detail and we were able to come to consensus on a satisfactory repair despite my own lack of knowledge in the area. The engineer was knowledgeable and provided an accurate estimate before the work began and was available on site for most of the day. The workers were professional, respectful, and friendly. They protected the area and kept it clean. Upon completion, the only evidence that work was done was as agreed. The nearby affected drywall, paint, and trim was replaced as good as new and still matching the untouched surrounding areas. The work was completed in a single day and overall it went very well."

"Wow! Not sure how to say it more...just wow! Edwin, Leo, and the Pena team are amazing. They painted the exterior and interior of my home. Took about 2-weeks which isn't bad for such a big job. They were pleasant, experienced, and went over and beyond my expectations. On the exterior of my home, they found rotten wood behind my chimney (which I never would have seen) and replaced the wood immediately.
