"I would absolutely recommend Best Homes LLC. Jonathan and Jeffrey did an excellent job on my basement remodel. I was on a time crunch to sell my house and urgently needed to remodel my basement by building a full kitchen with wet bar, installing wood floor and stairway, interior painting, and light fixture replacements. They promised to complete this in a month, but got it done in less than 30 days, all without sacrificing quality. It was so stunning, just one week after they finished, I got an offer on my home. My favorite thing about working with Jeff was he truly listened to our goals and preferences. Any time steps in the projects did not meet our goals, he would communicate with us to make adjustments. "The work was done very professionally and timely and to my complete satisfaction.  The finished product is absolutely beautiful.  At conception, they came up with ideas that would make the room better for my elderly mother which I appreciated.  Also, along the way with constructon, if I wanted to change something, they always were agreeable and would do what I was requesting.  They finished the addition in the time frame promised.   Attention to detail was incredible.   There was no punch list at the end.   It was just perfect.   I would definitely use them again, in fact I have.   During this last major rain storm, there was water coming in around my chimney.  I called Edvin.  He came out at night with a worker to get up in my attic and determine where the water was coming from.   They determined the problem and corrected it within a few days.   My basement also flooded during this period.  They were there on the spot the next day removing my carpeting, cutting out the drywall at the base so no mold would grow and installing a sub-pump.   I love this company, and would highly recommend them.

"I interviewed serveral contractors for the bathroom remodel at a rental house I own in Pennsylvania in September of 2024. Being from out of state, I was worried it would be hard to find someone reliable. I got a great vibe from Expro Renovators LLC, when they came out to survey the job. They gave me the best bid for the lowest price, and delivered a beautiful bathroom on time and on budget. And MUCH cheaper and nicer than those companies that advertise one day installation, with sub par materials. When we did run into some unexpected problems, the company worked with me to find a solution that I was happy with and within my budget. This may sound like a commercial, but I'm a real person and a satisfied customer, (which in my experience is not that common with contractors these days). If you have doubts, I've told the folks at Expro Renovators they may selectively give out my contact information to prospective customers. Would I use them again? "Wow! Not sure how to say it more...just wow! Edwin, Leo, and the Pena team are amazing. They painted the exterior and interior of my home. Took about 2-weeks which isn't bad for such a big job. They were pleasant, experienced, and went over and beyond my expectations. On the exterior of my home, they found rotten wood behind my chimney (which I never would have seen) and replaced the wood immediately.
