"Roof inspection done as requested. Was here on time as scheduled. Tech explained everything that needed attention and repaired it along with photos. Great work Emmanuel!"

"My expectation was the windows and the screens would be cleaned, including the tracks and the patio doors. Which I confirmed over the phone, and when the workers arrived. The workers completed their service of cleaning all the windows and patio doors. But the screens were not cleaned and some of the tracks were still dirty. My biggest complaint is the damage caused to my home during their cleaning. The way they situated their ladders on the outside of the home, you now clearly see where the ladder actually indented the aluminum trim around windows of the home. I noted the damage in 3 spots around the home. I immediately notified the company on 6/21/2016. I spoke with a lady in the office, and explained the issue. She said I needed to speak with the owner Mel, which he did called back. He stated, he would need to come out to the property and assess the damage. Someone from the office was to call me back to schedule the assessment. There was no return call, so I sent an email as a follow up on 6/23/2016, and no response. I followed up with another call, and spoke with the same lady in the office, and she stated the owner, Mel would return my call promptly, but no response back. It's now been a week and no response back. I thoughts the windows looked good, less the screen cleaning. My issue is with the damage caused to my home."

The fiberglass siding had algae growth and is now squeaky clean and bright. This work was contracted very late in October, which is well past normal painting season. The George's Paint organization provided a very large crew that completed the entire job in four days. I am so grateful that this winter my home is properly protected. The paint work is neat and I will see how long the mildew additive protects the finish. The crew was very well mannered and easy to deal with. We settled any questions on the spot.
