"We bought our house in 2012 in Montgomery County, MD. The roof was past its design life when we bought the place, and although there were no signs of leaks, we decided to put a new roof on the house in 2016 - better to get it done before problems arise than after. Central was great. I forgot to move my car out of the driveway the morning they were scheduled to start work but they managed to make things work anyway. My handyman happened to stop by while they were working and told me it looked like they knew what they were doing, which was comforting. The real proof, though, is my roof has been on the house for 4 years, including the wettest year on record here in the DC area, with no signs of leaks anywhere in the house. This may not seem impressive - roofs aren't supposed to leak. However, both my sister and parents have had new roofs put on their houses in the intervening years - they live several States away so could not use Central Exteriors. Both had leak issues after having the new roofs put on and had to have the roofer come back out to fix things - in my sister's case it took several return visits and some major work to make things right. Central Exteriors were price competitive with other roofing companies I consulted with, and gave me a 50 year warranty on the shingles and workmanship, which nobody else offered. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Very pleased."

"Ralph of Home Genius came to give me an estimate for installing a new roof. He climbed into the attic and took pictures of the inside of the roof and showed them to me. He climbed onto the roof from the outside and examined the roof on an addition and said that part does not need to be replaced. He gave me 3 levels of pricing and explained each. The price was reasonable for the work. The project manager (Angel) checked with me during the installation and did a final walkthrough, answering my questions. The installers worked hard on a difficult type of roof (hip roof) on my 100-yr old house and small barn, replaced rotted planks, installed flashing and vents.
