"After speaking to 2 other companies, and having one come out reverting us back to an electrician, spoke to James Cress, explained everything, said he'd be over in a few minutes after a few details weren't making sense. Came out, determined the issue; at this time, it was early evening, so he was able to schedule for the repair first thing in the morning before leaving town on another job. Him and another worker were able to resolve our issue, make our well up to NC code (we had a buried well), in less than 2hrs. Everything was explained well, and handled perfectly. Would definitely recommend, his expertise, friendliness, and empathy made a stressful situation easier to cope with as I felt everything would be taken care of, as it was. "

"DO NOT HIRE PRIDE PLUMBING. I had Pride come out last friday because of a clogged toilet and water backing up into my tub. When a cheaper option didn't work, he then had to do a much more expensive job where he removed the toilet and tried pumping from inside. that worked for a few days however the exact same issues happened just a few days later. Now, I was told that the job was under warranty and that if we had ANY issues to call them back and they would fix them right away. I called, and was immediately told we'd be charged again. Apparently, only the resetting of the toilet was under warranty. According to the man I spoke to (Steve) "anyone could just throw something in the toilet and clog it up again" My wife and I live alone with no children. No one threw anything in the toilet other than tissue and waste. Once again, do not hire Pride Plumbing unless you want to be lied to, and have the exact same problems in a few days, where they will try to charge you again."

"best ever company and their people are polite and helpful and explained everythng to me . DO NOT DO NOT call a plumber to fix a well problem . I learned the hard way after a plumber fixing my pressure tank broke my whole house self flushing filter . I called caroliner virginiawell and pump and they fixed all the mistakes the plumber made and moved my pressure tank for me and rehooked a new whole house filter up for me . As you can tell I covered up the pumbers note that messed up besides the money that plumber cost me . Please save yourself the headache I have been through and hre this well driller . This company CARES about YOU . I have to add we are seniors and needed help fast and the severe heat did not stop these guys from saving me I live in Axton VA so they did come here"

He never came back and ignores my calls and texts. The fact they did this to an elderly couple who are in their 80s with medical issues shows negligence. This experience not only highlighted their lack of responsibility but also revealed a disregard for the well-being of vulnerable individuals. It's crucial to share this to prevent others from facing similar issues."
