We provide a fully staffed full time training facility for continued education for the more than 90 employees that make up the Right Now team. Right Now Heating & Air protects each of its customers from any potential negative experience with an employee by requiring each employee to follow an industry Code of Ethics and Competency Guide which can be viewed on our web site at www.RightNowHeatCool.com. We provide professionally trained technicians with fully stocked trucks to make the repair as quickly as possible. We are so confident in our technician's abilities, that if your not 100% satisfied with the repair we will refund your money. "Our thermostat died. My husband called early morning to request an quote for a replacement. Everything else is in working order on our system. He was told he would get a call back. 540pm rolls around and still no call back. Wife calls in and gets the receptionist who refuses to give any kind of quotes over the phone and finally after multiple requests responds that a service call is 89 plus the cost of the thermostat and re-wiring. Wife stated multiple times she wanted the exact same thermostat receptionist refused to give any other information other than stating we would be voiding any and all warranties if we attempted to replace it on our own or had another company do it. WORST customer service EVER. Besides being argumentative the receptionist was either unable or unwilling to give any kind of suggestions on what to do outside of sending a tech out. I spent $10,000 on my system 6 or 7 years ago and let me tell you I will NEVER EVER use this company again."

They are the worst company in Walla Walla. To make matters worse, I agreed to a payment plan the last time I hired them... I agreed to pay in installments, but paid a lump sum ahead that put me well ahead of the required monthly payments... Young's got confused when I wasn't paying (even though I paid ahead).
