"I saw an ad on Angie's list for a Quiet Cool Trinity Pro 3.3 whole house fan system installed for a good price. However, I wasn't quite sure the 3.3 would move enough air for my sq. footage. I left a msg. and Christopher the owner called me back the next day as he was out of town. We talked about the system and since I already had a pre-existing fan, but it was the old style box top from 20 years ago that sounded like a plane taking off. Christopher assured me the 3.3 would be more than enough for my sq. footage, especially since I installed a Quiet Cool Attic Gable Vent fan that moves a lot of air too. He also said the noise reduction would amaze me and it did. It's been turned on high and the lady of the house didn't even know it was turned on. Since, I know how to tape, top, texture, and paint, Christopher gave me a great discount from the Angie's list price. The guys, Phil and Eddie, showed up on time and ready to go. It went by fairly fast and I've just finished taping it out. Tomorrow or the day after, I'll get down to topping it and finish it with some orange peel texture spray to match the existing texture and paint. Great team and great price for a great product. "My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.

Since I live in the country, “we got dirt!”! Joe himself over saw the whole process. Highly recommend! PS Joe also sold me a 25 Kilo Volt Solar panel grid. Saves me over $1000 am month. Solar is the way to go! Anything to save money right now."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"At first it went well. The technicians were professional. They said the install would take 2 1/2 days. The first two days were fine. They asked if they could change the date to finish the install and we said yes. They came for the final 1/2 day of work which turned into a whole day. Early in the afternoon, one technician said he had to leave early. No problem. The other two technicians said they could finish. It went on and on. The two technicians could not figure out how to wire in the thermostat, and they finally gave up. The heat would turn on, but never turn off by itself. My mom had to keep getting up in the middle of the night to turn the unit on and off again to keep from freezing or sweating like in a sauna. They said they would be back the next day to install a simple thermostat and have everything working correctly. .they did not return. Everytime I called the technicians would tell me they were working on roofing jobs for other customers that had to be finished immediately because it was going to rain. After two weeks of this ********, I put my foot down and said I wanted my parent's job finished. Two technicians came out one more time and installed a new, very simple looking thermostat. I thought everything was great and thanked them, only to find out a year later that the new thermostat had also been wired incorrectly and would not come on or shut off on its own. This was the first time my mother has ever had central heat and air. She didn't realize that the thermostat wasn't working properly, and I didn't find this out for an entire year. My mother had a schedule posted on her bedroom wall reminding her when to turn on and off the unit to keep the temperature comfortable. Needless to say, I was ******. I called and asked the company once again to fix the problem. This time they sent out Amoz Marshsll. He was knowledgeable, professional and polite. He fixed the wiring problem in 15 minutes, apologized for it being done incorrectly the first two times and left. He was amazing. I wish he had installed the original unit."
