Called at 9am this morning and he was here at 1PM Sharp like he said (punctuality 1 Star) I told him the issues I had and he found the solution in minutes, (no up sell or story 1 Star) We went to a second project of the Security Light install. The box didn't have the proper receptacle for installation, so I ran out to get it at a local HW Store. Jimmy continued with a plug replacement while I was gone (continued on with other things, awesome 1 Star) Got back with the needed part and the installation was completed in a few minutes, (quick and perfect work 1 Star). Final price was incredibly reasonable and exactly as expected (Honesty in pricing 1 Star) Add them all up and this was a 5 Star Visit. I would recommend this company and Jimmy heartily and have no worries ever using them again."

"Called to request an electrician come out to access the repair of the stove power outlet and power cord which were completely burnt. I was given an appointment for the next morning. Victor arrived within the time frame and was very professional and polite. Didn't take but a couple of minutes for him to assess the damage and then prepare an estimate for the repair costs. He scheduled the repair for the next day for the same time frame (7-10 am), but the techs were running behind on another job and didn't arrive until 12:25 pm. The office did call about an hour and a half earlier to say they would be late and arriving shortly. Victor did not come back to do the repair work instead it was two other technicians. Once they arrived it took them maybe 20 minutes to finish the repair work and check to make sure everything was working properly. They were polite, professional and cleaned up after the work was done. In spite of the delay in coming back to do the actual work I would still recommend A1 Plus Electrical and will definitely use them again. This was not my first time using them and it won't be my last. The overall service is very good!! From the ladies in the office to the service technicians. And the price was right."

"It was a great experience.  The charges were mostly for labor, which is billed by the hour.  The electricians worked quickly and confidently during the 2.5 days they were here.  We did not shop around on labor prices, but are comfortable with the value we received.
We supplied some of the materials, and Adams Electrical allowed us to purchase the balance directly from the supply house.  As such, we didn't have to pay additional markup on the materials (this approach was suggested by Adams).
Tom Adams refers to his company as "old school", which is a reference to a standard of professionalism so often lacking today.  We think it's an apt description of the standards they employ.
One happy note:  The final step at each work location in the house was use of a hand vacuum to clean up.
One less happy note:  They do not recycle the packaging the new equipment arrives in, nor the old equipment they remove.  Plan to do that yourself.
