"Pedro came out on time (I think he gave me a short window, an hour or less, not 2 or 3 hours), figured out what was wrong in less than half-an-hour, got the part within an hour, and fixed it that day. Less than 2 hours total. He also cleaned out the lint built up in the dryer, due to the outlet flow being blocked. I think the dryer works better than it did before. Much cheaper than a new dryer!"
