"Alex and his team were absolutely fantastic! This was the second time I used them in the past year and they did not disappoint. I hired them to remove stone veneer around my foundation that was falling off due to poor workmanship from a prior contractor and then install new stone, as well as install bluestone on my front stoop. The process included power washing the stones, laying and leveling fresh stone dust, then replacing the stone -- including replacing those that had broken. "A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Perez Paving Company deserves more than a five-star review. The last time I had my driveway paved by another company, they simply removed the old asphalt and repaved it. Within three to five years, the driveway had cracked and developed sinkholes. Perez did much more than remove the old asphalt. They also removed the old fill, replaced it with processed stone, and carefully checked the driveway’s pitch with a level as they worked. For example, they made sure the surface would drain properly instead of leaving low spots where water could collect. They followed through on everything they promised—and even exceeded expectations. They said they would remove the old asphalt and fill, add processed stone, apply at least three inches of asphalt, and compress it to about two and a half inches. These extra steps showed they were focused on building a durable driveway, not just covering up the old surface. They did a tremendous job and were professional, polite, and detail-oriented throughout."
