I can attest, based on other projects we have taken on, this project would have taken much longer than the five short weeks (including Christmas and below freezing temperatures) this took. Came out the next morning and made the repair, and also inspected the roof for any possible future problems. He found another loose shingle and sealed it down so wind to get under it and rip it off like what happened tonthe shingles he replaced for me.
