"It turns out that Mr. Spiess only took care of the oil tank removal, but the men he subcontracted to remove the asbestos did a fine job and everything checked out ok according to air sample tests. The men he hired weren't extremely thorough, but I was able to find a couple of fittings they missed and everything worked out ok. After the work was done, I needed test results quickly in order to begin a renovation. Mr. Spiess rushed the samples to the lab asap, and called me sooner than expected (at the earliest possible time!) with the results.
