This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. "I have a 1939 stone home that was in need of some repointing, and Bob and his crew did an outstanding job! The main concern was that my chimney was in bad shape due to a poor pointing job done by previous owners of the home. After having Bob Sr. come out and perform an initial estimate, I decided that it would be worth getting a quote to fully repoint the side portion of my home (including the chimney) as well as the front of my home. This was partially for aesthetic reasons, but also because being over 80 years old, the mortar around the house was beginning to deteriorate and fully repointing was truly the best option.
